It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Yerda Connon on November 1st, 2017 at the age of 98, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loyal husband Edward Charles. Beloved mother to AnnElise and husband Rick Fratianni. Devoted grandmother of Isabella. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge ( just west of Pine Valley Drive ), on Saturday November 4th, 2017 from 12:30 pm until start of funeral service in our Chapel at 1:30 pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society. Please visit the Book of Memories at www.wardfuneralhome.com
