Winifred Nelmes

Passed away peacefully at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Daughter of the late William and Gladys Nelmes. Loving sister of Patricia (Bruce Ford), Jerry (Norma), the late Leo, Rita and William (Glena). She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephew, many great nieces and nephews, and friends.
Winifred was formally employed at Bell Canada in Montreal and Ottawa.
A service celebrating Winifred’s life will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with visiting an hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Oakville Strokers would be appreciated.
