The family of Billie Hickman are sad to announce her peaceful passing on May 24, 2012. Billie was born on October 22, 1921 in Melfort, Saskatchewan. She was a loving wife of Digby for over 55 years. Cherished mother of Julie (John) amd Shelley (Neal). Nan to Trevor (Shelli), Tracey (Domenic), Carl and Amanda (Leo). Great-grandmother to Cole, Riley, Max, Abigail, Benjamin and Izzy. Billie is survived by her sister Evelyn Anderson of Melfort, Saskatchewan and sister-in-law Audrey Fearn of Bolton, Ontario and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William and Mary Goodson and siblings Alvin, Edna, Fay, Samuel, Josephine, her twin sister Norma, Carmen and Mabel. Resting at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd., (North of Lawrence Ave.,) on Monday May 28, 2012 from 10am until a Celebration of her Life at 11am in the chapel. Interment Westminster Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Sunnybrook Foundation Critical Care Unit (ICU) 2nd Floor would be appreciated by the family.
