It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Osborne Thomas. Bill passed peacefully in his sleep at home with his loving wife by his side. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, June, his children Jacqueline and Bradley and his grandchildren Stephen, Hannah and Sam. Bill’s love of life and travel as well as his infectious sense of humor will live on and thrive in his family.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston on Sunday, April 5, 2015 from 7-9pm and on Monday, April 6 from 12 -2pm.
A service will be held at Martin Grove United Church (75 Pergola Rd, Toronto, ON) on Monday, April 6 at 2:30pm.
Cremation to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Heart and Stroke Foundations would be greatly appreciated.
