Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, after a courageous battle with ALS. Beloved wife of Theo for 55 years. Loving mother of Mark and his wife Anita; Michael and his wife Sarah. Dear grandmother of Riley, Spencer, Ethan, Kayla, Chloe and Clayton. Dear sister-in-law of Peter and Kori; Michael and Claudia and dear aunt to Tamara, Lucija and Nico. Will also be missed by all her family in Germany. Thank you to Home Care Assistance - especially Shelly, Linda and Pearl.
Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville (905-844-3221) on Sunday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church, 47 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
