Walter Deganis

Deganis, Walter – passed away in his 81st year, after a lengthy illness at Etobicoke General Hospital, on Saturday, November 12, 2011. Devoted husband of Anita for 60 years. Loving father of Larry, Carolyn and Janet (David Knowles). Dear Grandpa to Brian, Adam, Christopher, Michael, Joshua, Julia and Matthew. Special thank you to the Pezzetta families for their love and support, and also to the wonderful staff of the Etobicoke General Hospital. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
