It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Vincenzo on Friday, December 21, 2012 with his family by his side at Humber River Regional Hospital in his 89th year. He is predeceased by his wife Domenica. He will be sadly missed by his children Antoinetta ( Mary) Simone (Orazio), Julia Savoia (Mario), Domenico (Darlene), Congetta (Connie). He will remain in the hearts of his grandchildren Carlo, Tina, Sam, Michael, Deanna, Janessa, Justin, Victoria and new great grandchild Matthew. He will be sadly missed by his brother Domenico. He will hold a special place in the hearts of many other family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Sunday, December 23, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church, 2889 Islington Ave on Monday, December 24, 2012 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
