Passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health. Predeceased by her husband Alfredo. Loving mother of Gino (Roseann), Carmen (Silvana), Mario (Frances) and John (Anne-Marie). Nanna to Paul (Sharon), John (Anna), Peter (Connie), Lisa (Jean- Sebastien), Anthony (Pietrina), Frank, Joanne (Carmine), Michael (Sarah), Mark, David (Natalie), Jonathan (Carina), Matthew (Ashley), and Michelle. Great-Nanna to Rio, Jason, Kezia, Alyssa, Stephanie, Amelia, Matthew, Louis, Alex, Stella, Matteo, Mila, Kent, Sebastian, Mateja, and Marco. She will be sadly missed by brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews both in Canada and Italy. The family would like to thank the staff at Richview Manor. A special thanks to her caregivers Ledesma and Linda.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Monday, from 6-9 p.m and Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-9p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Roch’s Church, 2889 Islington Ave., Toronto on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 10am. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
