Peacefully on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at the age of 86.
Beloved husband of Angela Carlin (nee Lucanie) for 59 years.
Loving father of Giulio and his wife Marina, and of Ralph and his wife Karen. Cherished nonno of Alida, James, and Lauren. Missed by sisters Antonia, Rita and by his brother Lele, all in Italy. Berto will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Friday from 3pm to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church (2100 Jane Street, Toronto) on Saturday June 14, 2014 at 9:30am. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.
