It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Trang Do, at the age of 40 years, and her son Marcus Vu, at the age of 2 years on June 21st, 2024 in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada.

Trang was born on March 3rd, 1984 in Vietnam before immigrating to Toronto, Ontario, Canada with her family as a young girl . She graduated from York Memorial Collegiate Institute and studied at the University of Toronto where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. Trang later achieved her Masters of Business Administration, and spent a number of years working in finance and accounting before running a small business with her husband. She then pursued her real estate license and became an award-winning real estate agent in the Greater Toronto Area. In between jobs, Trang also dedicated her time and compassion to Mental Health Crisis phone lines to help those in dire need of support.

Trang and Marcus are survived by their loving family: husband/father Tue Vu; son/brother Tyson Vu; mother/grandmother Hai Nguyen; father/grandfather Tri Do; mother-in-law/grandmother Thiep Nguyen; father-in-law/grandfather Minh Vu; brothers/uncles Dung Do and James Tieu; sister/aunt Marie Tieu; sister-in-law/aunt Diem Vu; brothers-in-law/uncles Duc and Jason Vu; niece/cousin Emma Eng; cousins/aunts Yen Nguyen and Huyen Nguyen.

Trang loved online shopping, good food and deep, meaningful conversations. Her warm kindness, and infectious giggle lightened the hearts of anyone lucky enough to meet her. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. 

Marcus was a small, but mighty young man with a sense of humor, and strong will. He was shy, but loved to talk and troll when he was comfortable, and enjoyed focusing his time playing with his toys. Marcus was a happy child, and a light in the lives of everyone who loved him.

Many loved Trang and Marcus, and they will be deeply missed.
