Grant, Thomas Percy

Passed on January 8, 2013 surrounded by family at the age of 86. Predeceased by his beloved wife Hope (2002). Tom will be sadly missed by his loving family Debbie and Richard Shead of Burlington, Di and Sonny Lavallee of Markham, and Gale and Brett Bandula of Mississauga. Cherished grandpa of Andrew (Lara), Samantha (Brad), Brock, Mike, Michelle and Melissa. Tom’s wonderful sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Saturday January 12th, 2013 from 2:00 – 3:00p.m. A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held in the chapel at 3:00p.m. Cremation has already taken place.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
