November 20, 1929-May 29, 2012.
Passed away peacefully, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. A native of Broadford, County Clare, Ireland. Formerly of Montreal and Athens, Ontario. Thomas leaves behind his daughters, Colleen (Tim O'Connor) and Nadine. Devoted Poppa to his grandchildren Thomas and Roisin O'Connor, Tiffany and Sebastian Murnane. Sadly mourned by his sisters Rita and Nancy, and many others. Predeceased by his wife Betty and his brothers Michael and John.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton, on Friday, June 8th from 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St John Fisher Roman Catholic Church, 300 Balmoral Drive, Brampton on Saturday June 9th, at 10:30a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society are greatly appreciated. A special Thank You to the outstanding people at Leisureworld Brampton Woods for all time you spent with Tom.
