Passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital after a valiant battle with cancer.
Sadly missed by husband Jim, daughter Christine, sons Mike and Wayne, and brother Bert. Theresa will be dearly missed by her large extended family and friends.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.
A Celebration of Theresa’s life will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m.
Cremation has taken place.
