Theodora Balaka

Passed peacefully in her 92nd year at the Leisureworld Nursing Home on April 13, 2015. Predeceased by her husband Vasil and son George. She will be greatly missed by sons Philip (Carole) and Danny, daughters Mary (John), Anne, Christina (Wayne). Much loved Baba to Liana, Erin, Jason, Michael, Tracy, Shannon, Mandee and Jordan. Will also be missed by 9 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Rose George. Was proud owner of the Weston Coffee Shop for many years.Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm . A service will be held in the chapel at the Ward Funeral Home on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 11:00am . Interment to follow at St. Philip’s Churchyard, 31 St. Phillips Road, Etobicoke.
