Teresina Hamilton

Hamilton, Teresina (nee Choffe) – suddenly, but peacefully after a long life with her family by her side on Sunday, April 22nd, 2012. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jack. Loving mother of Catherine Meraw and Ken (Celina). Dear grandmother to James, Jerome (Michelle), Ramona (James), Craig (Carmelina) and great grandchildren Noah, Jonathan, Jack, Maggie, Stella and Sanford. Theresa is predeceased by all her siblings and will be forever loved by all her surviving family. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 117 Guestville Avenue, Toronto on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
