It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, on Wednesday April 30, 2025 in Shelburne. Teresa Da Silva wife of the late Manuel. Dear mother of Luis Pacheco and his wife Cindy, Maria Tavares and her husband Joe, and Joe Pacheco and his wife Jackie. Loving Avo of Grandchildren Jessica, Jordan, and Michael Tavares, Jenna, Kassandra and Kyle Pacheco, and Great-grandchildren Oliver, John, Ava, and Brooke. Teresa will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home Brampton Chapel on Friday from 4 – 8pm. Funeral Mass from St. Mary's Church Brampton on Saturday at 12 noon. Internment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
