Teodoro Chiaravalloti

Teodoro Chiaravalloti, 86, returned to his heavenly father on October 19, 2017. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God, supported him in his struggle with dementia.

Teodoro was blessed with a large and loving family. He married the love of his life, Caterina, on December 22, 1952. They both raised two wonderful children, Maria and Domenic. In 1967, he traveled to Canada to find a better life for his family. This past August, he proudly celebrated 50 years as a Canadian citizen.

Teodoro is survived by his wife, Caterina; his daughter Maria Cristoforo; his son Domenic and wife Maria; his grandchildren Frank Cristoforo and wife Lisa and Josie Cristoforo and husband Oliver; his great grandchildren Maya Cristoforo and Matthew Cristoforo Schulz; his sisters Marianna and Nina; and his many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on Sunday, October 22nd, 2017 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 9 p.m.

A funeral mass will take place at Our Lady of the Airways Church, 7411 Darcel Avenue, Malton on Monday, October 23rd, 2017, 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
