Sydney Butcher

Sydney Allan Butcher passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital at the age of 97yrs. Predeceased by his loving wife Violet Butcher nee Carlisle. Loving father to Pat (Bill), Peggy (Gene), Syd Jr (Sally), Syndy, Rick (Carol), Allana (Calvin).

Will be missed by his grandchildren William, Patty, Michael, Barbie, Suzie, Rebecca, Meghan, Chris, April, Tasha, Ryun, Alicia, Eric, Tania, Lawrence and his much loved great grandchildren. Predeceased by his mother Bertha Graham and brothers, Roland, Gordon and Bruce. Cuddles from Coco and Rocco.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Friday, April 1, 2016 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony Padua Roman Catholic Church, 940 North Prk Dr., Brampton, ON on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:30am.

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
