Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at Brantford General Hospital on Monday September 3rd, 2012 at the age of 54. Beloved mom to Peter. Cherished sister to Barry (Sharon), Giles and Craig (Allison). Stephanie will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Friday September 7th, 2012 from 4:00 – 5:00p.m.
A Celebration of Stephanie’s life will be held at 5:00p.m in the Chapel.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
