Suddenly in his 69th year at his home in the hamlet of Thomasburg; Tweed, Ontario. Proud father of Chris and Kelly. Cherished grandfather “Dee” of Aidan and Bryn. Loving son of Alan and Mary. Sidney will be sadly missed by his sisters Susan and Jennifer and his extended family. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Monday January 2, 2012 from 1 to 2 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
