Shirley Douglas

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Shirley after her battle with cancer on May 15th, 2011 at the age of 84 at the Ian Anderson House in Oakville. Predeceased by her loving husband Walter. Beloved mother to Donna Gray (Andy), Michael, Marilyne Haneke (Christopher), John, Dan (Denise), Mark, Christine Pecharich (Joe). Cherished Grandmother to 20 and great grandmother to 10. Shirley will be sadly missed by many extended family and many friends.

Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Thursday May 19th, 2011 from 10:00am to 11:00am.
A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Matthew Parish (1150 Monks Passage, Oakville) at 11:30a.m. Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations to Ian Anderson House would be appreciated.
