Blagdon, Sharon Lynne (nee Newton). Born in Toronto, Ontario on April 29th 1960. Passed away in Toronto, Ontario on March 12th 2026 after a brief illness. Sharon was one of three children born to Jack (John) and Lillian Newton (nee Longhurst). She was the middle child and was very close all of her life with her two surviving brothers John and James Newton (Cathy). The three of them always had a very close bond. She loved her family and was an amazing wife, mother, step-mother, grandmother, sister, sister in-law, mother in-law, aunt and friend. She was predeceased by her husband of 42 years Robert Blagdon (who she affectionately called Bobby) when he passed in 2023. In addition to her brothers, she is survived by her daughters Melinda (Dave) and Sarah (Kyle). She is also survived by her step-sons Ronnie and Jason (Nahid). Sharon truly loved her 5 grandchildren Owen, Bianca, Hudson, Jackson and Lucas. She was a true animal lover all her life and will be greatly missed by her fury friends Rosie, Coco, Chloe and Sunshine. She leaves behind a family that will forever cherish the moments of joy, laughter, and love they shared with her. As we bid farewell to this wonderful, compassionate and truly caring woman, let us take solace in the knowledge that her spirit will live on in her family and all those whose lives she touched. Sharon’s kindness, love and joy will endure in our hearts. She is at peace.
