Severino Sam Simone

It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Severino Sam Simone.

Better known by all as Sam, he will be remembered as a loving and caring father and husband. Sam was predeceased by his wife Velia (2007) and leaves behind his sister (Rosalie), his only son (Steven), his daughter in-law (Anna), 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations made in Sam's memory to the William Osler Health System Foundation.
