Peacefully, in her 91st year, on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
Beloved wife of the late Severino. Loving mother of Rita Pippo (late Luciano) and Peter (Yvonne). Loving nonna, and bis nonna. Dear sister to Antonio (of Italy), and Giuditta Cristofoli; Zia to Rosemary.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Sherwood Court, Maple, for their excellent care and compassion. Friends will be received at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, on Friday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. David’s Church, 2601 Major Mackenzie Drive, Maple, on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 9:15am. Burial to follow at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
