1929-2014

Passed away peacefully on April 11, 2014 at the age of 85 after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Julia for 59 happy years. Loving father of Michael (Nicole), Kevin and Tim (Cindy). Loving grandfather to Ella Mairead. Sean joins his predeceased son Gerald and brother Jimmy and sister in law Peggy in peace. Sadly missed by his brother Paddy (sister in law Mary Liz predeceased) and his sister Mairin and his brother in law Tom and nieces and nephews and cousins in Ireland and England. He was born in Dublin, Ireland and graduated from Rockwell College in Tipperary. He enjoyed the game of golf anytime and was a passionate rugby fan . Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Tuesday April 16th from 2-4, and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church (3055 Bloor St. W Toronto) on Wednesday April 16th at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
