Sante Biancolin

It is with great sadness that the family of Sante Biancolin announce his passing on Sunday September 13, 2026 at the age of 98 after a decline in his health.

Sante will be lovingly remembered by his children Louis (Caroline), Alex (Franca), his grandchildren, David (Fiona), Daniel (Devon), Laura (Dave), Emma (Dan), Natalie (Max), his great-grandchildren Nicolo and Harper, and his sister Soura Lugiamaria; and numerous other extended family members and friends.

Sante was predeceased by his wife of 73 years, Angela, and by his first child, Giuseppe.

While Sante will be remembered for his determination and strength of character which carried him through tragedy and loss, his family’s favourite memories are of his light hearted jests and pranks which amused everyone.

Sante leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and family, including his five cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Runnymede Healthcare Centre. His family wishes to send a special thank you to the Staff and Dr. M for their care and compassion.
