Ruth Rogers-Sealy

Hello dear friends and family,

Regretfully, my Aunt Ruth, Ruth Sealy, passed away, yesterday - October 13th, 2012. She was with us for 90 years- a long life! I feel somehow it's an end of an era.

It is with mixed feelings I relay this message to you - I'm very sad to see her go. However, she was suffering greatly at the end of her life. So I'm glad she's in a better place.

She was a feisty lady, and was full of life! Independent, creative, a loyal friend, respectful of your wishes. Whenever I took her to the hospital or to the doctors, I was always met with "she's so cute"! While sometimes our viewpoints didn't meet, she was, I reckon, cute!!

I'd love to share more of these fun tales about her, and celebrate her life with famiy and friends. To that end, I am having a memorial to honor her. There will be some munchies and I will toast her memory with a small shot of her favorite drink - sherry! If you'd like and you're able, I'd be pleased if you could join us.
