Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17, 2015 at the age of 95. Devoted wife of the late Stan. Proud mother of Frank, Gary (Lise), Ross (Brenda), Theresa (Kirk), Ken, Bonita and Michael (Monika). Cherished grandma, great grandmother and great great grandmother of many. Sadly missed by her many family and friends. Rose has reunited with her dear daughters Sharleen and Janet and her parents Alzear J. and Lumina “Minnie” Maheu. “ Forever in our hearts.” We love you mom. “It’s a great life if you never weaken.” Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday from 7-9 p.m and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday April 21th, 2015 at 10:30 am. Reception to follow. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
