It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rosa Italiano on April 4, 2026, at the age of 95. A woman of deep love, strength, and immense devotion to her family. Rosa leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished for generations.
She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Filippo, and her cherished son, Joe.
Rosa was a loving mother to Angelo (Laura), Philip (Libby), John (Rose), and Charlie (Nancy). She loved her sons deeply and took pride not only in them, but in her four daughters-in-law she warmly embraced as her own.
She was a proud and adoring Nonna to Matthew (Ali), Stefania (Mike), Phillip (Daniela), Daniel (Jessica), Giulia (Chris), Cristina (Parry), Alessia (Joe), Cassandra (Lorenzo), and Lia. She found her greatest joy in watching her family grow, always keeping a close and caring eye on each of them.
Rosa was also a cherished Bis Nonna to Sofia, Lily, Celina, Mikayla, Santino, Luca, Tommaso, Ava, Luna, Isabella, Aurora, Matteo, and Noah. Her love extended deeply to each of her great-grandchildren, who brought her endless pride and happiness.
Rosa will be remembered as a fiercely devoted wife and mother. Family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to nurturing, protecting, and guiding those she loved. She was strong and determined until the very end. Though particular and often stubborn, she carried herself with grace, always polite yet firm.
Those who knew her will remember her as a woman who loved deeply, stood firmly, and gave everything to her family.
Rosa’s memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved. May she rest in eternal peace.
