It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest Rosa Gutierrez. Surrounded by the love of her family Rosa passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 16, 2023.

Loving wife of the late Raul Fernando Gutierrez. Devoted mother of Fernando (Elizabeth), Raul (Kierra) & Celia (William). Cherished grandmother of Marcella (Romtin), David, Adriana (Christopher), William (Jenny), Milan (Jasmin), Victor & Gabriel. Proud great grandmother of Kieran, Mia & Adrian. Rosa will be lovingly remembered by her extended family & friends both in Canada & abroad.

Rosa wanted to see her family live together in Canada & was so overjoyed when all her children moved here and established their families. She was fiercely committed to her family and found no greater role than that of her role as Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and later as Great Grandmother. Her legacy will live on in each one of them.

Rosa was a loveable person, with her social demeanor, she enjoyed her outings, often sharing a meal with her friends. She was faithful woman, who loved her Lord & her church.

She will be dearly missed by her loved ones, who celebrate the knowledge that she is at rest with her Savior.

All are welcome to gather at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Ward Chapel on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Glenview Cemetery.
