Ronald Jackson

JACKSON, Ronald Leslie
June 17, 1932- October 14, 2015
Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer with his family by his side at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Ron is survived by his wife of 59 years Jean (nee Morley), children Barbara (Brian), David (Kathy), and Lynn (Dave). Loving grandfather to Alison (Peter), Jeff (Michaeline), Evan, Andrew, Brittany (Ryan), Rebecca, and Olivia. Proud great-grandfather to Ava, Julia, James, and Willow. Pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Laura Jackson, and siblings Nora and Frank.

Ron lived a full and happy life, surrounded by his family and many lifelong friends. A retired salesman, Ron enjoyed golfing, bowling, and tending his beloved roses. Always willing and able to lend a helping hand to whomever needed it, kindness and generosity will be his legacy amongst family and friends.
Ron will be lovingly remembered by his motto in life, “It’s better to be an hour early than half a minute late”, and always up for a second (or third!) helping of dessert.
