Roberta "Bertie" Evelyn (Cowton) Hrycyna
1939 - 2022

Has passed away peacefully on Saturday December 31, 2022 at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 83.

Pre-deceased by her loving Husband Gordon Hrycyna and her son Anthony Hrycyna.

She has now joined her mother Edith, her father Stanely, brothers William, Delbert, Gordon, Douglas, and sisters Marjorie and Donna.

Survived by and proud mother of Barton (Lisa), caring grandmother to Ryan.

She will be dearly missed by her sister Frances Cowton, brothers John Cowton and Wilbert Cowton; her loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.

She will always be remembered for her kind sole, gentle spirit - infectious smile, laugh, giggles and exceptional sense of humor.

Roberta worked for AMC (American Motors) after 25 years, retired and decided to return to the work force and joined Mark's and Spencer's at Shoppers World for a few years.

She loved being around family - a big part was to go for breakfast and have alot of laughs with her sisters/brothers/nieces and nephews.

There are no words to express the lost of a wonderful soul who unconditionally gave. Always had a kind word to say about anyone: readily available to help with anything, gave advise and voiced her opinions and thoughts when asked.

She will be greatly missed.
