Ricardo (Rick) Fratianni

Surrounded by the love of his family and friends, Rick passed away at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the age of 64.

Rick was a loving husband to AnnElise, his devoted wife of more than 20 years. His pride and joy was his precious daughter, Isabella.

Rick will be dearly missed by brothers Mike (Mirabel) and Tony, nieces and nephews Natalie, Elisa, Amanda and Michael, cousins Frank (Livia), Teri, Carlo (Teresa) and Carol, Aunt Carmela and their families. Predeceased by his parents Natalina and Giuseppe, and Uncle Antonio.

Friends, neighbours and colleagues will also miss Rick and cherish fond memories. Rick was highly dedicated to and very proud of his 26-year career at RBC and the clients he served as a Director of Public Sector Markets.

Lola, the family’s devoted and tail-wagging Goldendoodle, would tap Rick and AnnElise awake to get her first dose of affection for the day.

Rick was a passionate chef in his own kitchen, creating delicious meals for his family. He also enjoyed sharing meals with colleagues and treating them to home-baked cakes.

Summer months were Rick’s favourite; he loved gardening, walks and playing golf in the warm sunshine. He also treasured quiet time at home with his family, watching the Food Network, Formula 1, golf and soccer.

Rick had a deep-rooted appreciation for art and architecture, in its various forms, which Isabella grew excited about from a young age. This influenced Isabella’s budding career in art and teaching.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rick's name to the Daily Bread Food Bank, would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Due to sensitivity, floral arrangements without lilies would be preferred.
