Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on July 6, 2015. Loving husband of Denise. Beloved father of Jacqueline (Larry) and Emile (Betty). Cherished grandfather of Nathaniel and Daniel. Brother of Kingston(Marcelle), Arlington (Rita), Osborne, Doreen, Victor (Agatha), Mervyn (Sally), William (Ginny), Newton (Editha) and Marjorie. Son of the late Leonce and Uella. Raglan will be missed by many other family and friends. Published author and co-founder of the Dominica Academy of Arts and Sciences. Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Brampton Chapel”, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10), Brampton on Thursday July 16, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 17, 2015 at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 66A Main Street South, Brampton at 1:30 pm. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
