HAGAN, Phyllis Christine (nee Cook)
Peacefully passed away on Sunday March 2, 2014 at the age of 78.
Beloved partner of James Roberts. Loving mother of Daniel “Peter”, Christopher, and Michael (Terry). Cherished grandma of Justin, Kyle, Steven, and Samantha. Fondly remembered by her sisters Mary Walker (Ed), Dale Wood (Brian), and by her brothers Bill (Jenny) and Chris (Donna). Phyllis will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends, and by all her friends at North Runnymede United Church, Toronto.
