CLEMENTS, Phyllis - Peacefully on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Toronto at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Gordon (October 7, 2009). Loving mother of Kathy (David) Hellyer and Julie (Gordon) Washburn. Cherished grandmother of Kaitlin (Chris), Michael, James and Wesley (Maria). A private immediate family service will take place. A heartfelt thank you to the Doctors and staff at the hospital for their care and compassion, and a donation to the St. Joseph's Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Ward Funeral Home, 416-241-4618.
