Percival David Dyer

PERCIVAL DAVID DYER 

Affectionately called Percy, peacefully passed away after a short illness at the Reactivation Center Finch Site, on August 14, 2024 at the age of 71. Percy lived a life of love, kindness, always with a joyful spirit and infectious laughter. He was a loving father and a true gentleman.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Julian (Ann), Kharel (Kamar), Omar (Kirk) and Damian as well as 8 grandchildren; his brothers Hopeton, Erecton (Recky), Lincoln (Bag Joe) and Oscar; and sisters Carol and Blanche. He will be fondly remembered by his friends and relatives in Canada and Jamaica.

Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home (Weston Chapel) on Wednesday September 4th from 4 to 8pm.  Funeral service will be conducted on Saturday September 14th in Jamaica.

He will be laid to rest in Jamaica united with his predeceased parents Linnette and Lincoln Dyer and his late brother Isaac, in the family plot in Palmyra, St. James. May his soul rest in peace.
