Passed away peacefully with her husband at her side on Friday December 7th , 2012 in her home in Peel Village, Brampton. Beloved wife of John Robert Sterritt for 63 years. A loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her children Garry (Jean), Wayne (Debbie), and Kevin (Cathy) and her grandchildren Kate, John, Diana, Christina, Leslie, Kyle and Cameron and her two great-grandchildren Molly and Olivia. Survived by brother Don and brother Bruce (Debbie). Predeceased by sister Isabelle Dale (Sid), Frank Leslie (Kay) and Verna Perry (John). Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South (Hwy 10) Brampton on Sunday December 9, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at in the chapel on Monday, at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations to The War Amps would be appreciated by the family.
