Paulina Osei Mante

With sadness, yet profound gratitude to Almighty God for her long life, the MANTE and OSEI-BEDIAKO families in Canada, Ghana and the United Kingdom announce her peaceful passing, at home, on Wednesday, August 5th 2026, at the age of 98 years — just eleven days short of her 99th birthday on the 16th of August.She has been reunited with her husband, Rev. Joachim Ahunu Mante, who predeceased her in 1981.Beloved Mama to Francis Mante (Rosemary), Joe Mante (Janina), Lawrence Mante (Cecilia), E. Dan Mante (late Veronica), Comfort Mantebea, and Joana Mante (Daniel Adjei).Proud Grandma to Francis Jr., Kevin, Marisca, Vanessa, Nathan, Nathania, E. Nana Osei Mante, Jason, Jennifer, Sandra, Rachel, Lawrence Jr., Eleanor, Edward, Daniel, Kofi, Vicky, Elise, Maxwell, Jeff and Cassidy. She was blessed with 24 great-grandchildren.Paulina is fondly remembered by her dear sister, Felicia Osei Bediako.She was predeceased by her parents, Michael Anthony Osei-Bediako and Elizabeth Akua Afi Osei; by her siblings, Agnes Osei-Bediako, Beatrice Osei Amoyaw, Seth Michael Osei Bediako and Juliana Osei Asiedu; and by her daughters-in-law, June Mante and Veronica Mante.
