Paul Mantella

Peacefully, on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at the age of 83, surrounded by loved ones. Beloved husband of Bernice, loving father of Raymond, Robert (Sylvia) predeceased by his son Dino. Cherished Papa of Matthew, Mitchel, Sarah, Nicholas and Conrad. Predeceased by his parents Erminia and Tony and his brother Frank.
Paul will be missed by his nieces, nephews and many friends and long time best friends of Frank and Carol and Jack and Sandy and his beloved pet Bennie. Paul was a prominent respected business man who built and guided A. Mantella & Sons to be the successful business it is today. Our sincere thanks to his loving caregivers Mary Lachtabega and Antonia Romana for their extraordinary care and love they provided for Paul.
Our thanks also go out to Dr. Maida and his team for their exceptional care. Visitation to be Saturday, January 26, at Ward Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 7 at Pinevalley, Woodbridge 1 pm to 4 pm, 6pm to 9pm. Service in the Chapel on Sunday at 11:00 am. Internment at Glendale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to your favorite charity.
