It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father and cherished Pappou, Paul (Apostoli) Christopoulos, who passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 26, 2026, at the age of 81. 

Paul was the loving husband of his late wife, Elsie, and a devoted father to Mary (Jim), Joanne (Terry), and Terry. He was a proud and deeply cherished Pappou to Christina (Steve), Victoria (Shayne), Cassandra, Alexia (Christian), Paul, and Alex, and a loving great-grandfather to Athina. 

Born in Sanga, Greece, Paul immigrated to Canada in 1963, where he met and married the love of his life, Elsie, and together they built a beautiful family. Throughout his life and restaurant career, Paul made many friendships and left a lasting impression on everyone he met. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and genuine love will live on through all those who were fortunate enough to know him. Above all, Paul will be remembered for the unconditional love he had for his children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. His giving spirit, strength, and deep devotion to family and friends will forever remain in our hearts. We will hold tightly to the memories he leaves behind and cherish them always. You will be deeply missed and forever loved. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Rest in peace, Dad — we love you.
