Paul Williams passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Born in Colwyn Bay, Wales, he immigrated to Montreal at age 15, carrying a spirit of hard work that defined his life.
His professional life was defined by remarkable loyalty and a "start at the bottom" work ethic, working for over 40 years with the Bank of Nova Scotia. Paul's distinguished career started as a banker teller at the age of 17, eventually retiring as Supervisor of the Cash Loss Control Department.
A man of deep faith and service, he was a pillar of St. Joseph's of Nazareth Anglican Church and a tireless volunteer with the Lions Club and the hospital. Paul was also a member of the Probus Club and the Stamp Club where he maintained life-long friendships. In a final act of selflessness, he donated his body to the University of Toronto to support medical science.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Chris; daughter Kim (Geno); grandchildren Trevor and Jodie (Paul); niece Kelly; and daughter-in-law Laurie. Paul will join his son, Rob, in heaven.
His legacy of integrity, giving, and kindness will be forever cherished.
In Paul's memory, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
