Born April 7, 1923 in London, England, served as a flight lieutenant in WWII.
Beloved husband of the late Jean Chuter, and father to sons David (Lilly) and Ian (Cindy).
Patrick was very passionate about tennis, soccer, cricket, reading, and music.
Forever in our hearts.
As per Patrick's wishes, there will be no formal ceremony.
