4th Degree – Cardinal McGuigan Assembly.
Peacefully on Saturday March 24, 2012 at the age of 78.
Beloved Husband of the late Vera Francis (2009). Loving father of Kathleen and her husband Graham Bell, and Steven and his wife Delia. Cherished grandpa of Taylor and Mckenzie. Patrick will be greatly missed and remembered by his family and many friends both here and in Sligo Ireland.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (117 Guestville Ave., Toronto) on Wednesday March 28th, 2012 at 10am. Cremation to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
