Passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side on January 2nd, 2011. Cherished wife of Mike for 55 years. Beloved mother of Cathie Leahy (John Rua), Michael (Dolores Falzon) and Tim (Linda Byrne). Proud and loving Nanny of Tanya (Daniel Placzek), Tara, and Meaghan and great Nanny of Trevon and James. Pat will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home “Oakville Chapel”, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday January 6th, 2011 at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville at 10:00a.m.Interment to follow at Springcreek Cemetery, Mississauga.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
