Passed away peacefully on Thursday March 9, 2017 at the age of 68. Devoted wife of Don of 50 wonderful years. Proud mother of Michele (Dan Marchesan), Tamara (Kenneth Dunne) and Dawn Anne. Cherished Grandma of Bailey, Michael, Daniela, Benn and Lyla. Sadly missed by her mother Olga siblings Albert (Pam), Tom (Carol) and Kathleen (John) sister-in-law (Judy) and her many friends and family. Patricia has joined her father Albert, brother John, aunt Suzy and uncle Peter.

Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1 p.m.
