RAIMONDO, Paolo

Passed away peacefully, on November 26, 2011 at the age of 87. Lovingly remembered and will be deeply missed by his wife Antonietta of 65 years, his children Nicole (Basil Muzzo), Angela (predeceased by Laurence Vassallo), Ann Creighton, former son-in-law Scott and his grandchildren Angela, Richard, Steven and his fiancee Linda, Melissa, Michael, Sarah, Laura and David. Beloved brother Costanzo (Maria), and sister Carmela Di Franco, sister-in-laws Ersilia Colantonio and Maria Di Maulo. Predeceased by his brother Giovanni (Carmela), brother-in-laws Ferruccio Di Maulo, Tony Di Franco and Giuseppe Colantonio. Paolo will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A special thank you to Doctor Vincent Maida and the palliative care staff at WOHC Etobicoke General. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Transfiguration of Our Lord, 45 Ludstone Drive on Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst Street, Toronto. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
