was born on October 22, 1934, in Portugal to Maria Rosa de Oliveira and Jose Ferreira Viegas; the seventh of nine children. Passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the age of 84 with family by her side.
Predeceased by her late husband Manuel de Almeida Freire to whom she married and immigrated to Canada in 1958.
Loving mother to her children Manuel (Dawn) and Aida (Shawn). Cherished grandmother to Denise, Michael, Dana, Ryan, Lauren and Avelea.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family.
