Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday June 11, 2023 at the age of 89. Devoted wife of the late Cleto. Proud mother of Luciano (Maria Teresa). Cherished Nonna of Ivana (Frank) and Pamela (Marco). Loving Bisnonna of Mila and Lorenzo. Olga will be sadly missed by her brother in-law Santino and her many family and friends. Olga has been reunited with her parents, sisters and the love of her life Cleto.

In Olga’s younger days, she could be found in her garden tending the tomatoes which she grew from seeds from the previous year. Every autumn you would find Olga and Cleto making wine, sausages and tomato sauce. Olga loved to cook using her garden grown vegetables, especially making her "zorba" soup.

She would find knitting relaxing and was known for knitting booties for newborn babies. Olga loved talking to sisters Teresa and Paolina on the phone and when they passed on she continued her phone conversations with her nieces.

Memories of picking peaches and making cherry necklaces will stay with us forever.

We would like to thank Olga’s Pinegrove LTC family for their care and compassion over the past nine plus years.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday June 15, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church 8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge (just south of Langstaff Rd.) Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Alzheimer Society of Canada and The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
