Norma Mary Recagno

Norma Mary Recagno, age 71 died peacefully on August 11, 2016 with her husband Francis Recagno by her side. Norma was born on January 11, 1945 in Gibraltar to Gerard and Mary Corso.

In 1966 Norma married the love of her life Francis Recagno and together had two boys Jonathan (Tammy) and Keiron (Lisa). Norma loved the outdoors and spending lots of time with family. She was never far from her grandchildren who she loved more then life, Damon, Natassia, Victoria and katelyn.

Norma is survived by her sisters Jeanette and Lillian all her nieces and nephews back home.

A special thank you to the nurses at Maple Grove Community Centre and Marian for the countless hours and support they provided to Norma and the family.

Family and friends are welcomed to the visitation on Monday, August 15 at Wards Funeral Home on Main Street Brampton from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm.

A celebration of Norma's life will be held on Tuesday August 16, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Annes Church followed by a private funeral at Assumption Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Huntington Society of Canada would be appreciated.
